Exploration, Excitement and Experiences. That’s what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after earning your PADI Open Water Diver certification. The course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives. You try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of an Instructor. You log dives and develop capabilities as you find new ways to have fun scuba diving.

| Structure: | 5 dives consisting of the 2 core dives (Deep dive, an underwater Navigation dive) plus 3 more from a selection of a Drift Dive, an Underwater Naturalist (Fish ID) dive, a Boat Dive, or Peak Performance Buoyancy dive. |
| Prerequisites: | 12+ years old and PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent. If you have pre-existing medical conditions that may affect you when diving you will need clearance from a physician. Please see PADIMedical_Statement-1.pdf for the medical questionnaire. |
