Where we’ve been:

Julian Rocks: Cod Hole, Nursery and Needles

What we've seen:

Another day with lots of Grey Nurse Sharks at the Cod Hole and along the sand trenches. The Needles were also full of big fish like snapper, Kingfish and Jewfish. We saw some huge Loggerhead Turtles, some Green Turtles and some Hawkesbill Turtles in the Needles and around the trench moorings. Some huge Bull Rays swam around as well. There was also lots of small things to see: dozens of nudibranchs, a Spanish Dancer, Cowrie Shells, cuttlefish, octopus, small crabs, mantis shrimps etc.

Snorkelling Conditions:

Great for snorkelling in the morning
